Geology is a study field concerned with the solid Earth, the rocks of which it is composed, and the processes by which they change over time. A Master’s of Geology (M.Sc) is designed to give students a solid background in geology, skills that can be applied in geology-related industry or teaching, experience in research and, in most cases, experience in teaching. Graduates of the Geology Master’s Degree go on to work in different careers such as earth science teachers, economic geologists, environmental geologists, geology professors, hydrologists, paleontologists, seismologists, volcanologists and many others.
