Part Time Courses for International Law

International Law deals with the laws that govern the interactions between national governments, and the behaviour of intergovernmental organisations such as the UN. It covers a wide range of different subjects, from human rights legislation and the operation of international criminal courts, to trade law and economic governance, regarding transnational institutions such as the WTO and the World Bank. A Masters in this field (normally an MA, or an LLM) provides specialist training for those who wish to enter legal practice with an international law firm, an international NGO, or who plan on entering fields with a significant international component – such as diplomacy, or international trade. As with all LLMs, a qualification in International Law opens the way for academic study in the subject.
