Course Overview
The program provides an opportunity to obtain a more comprehensive foundation in accounting and, through electives, advanced knowledge in areas such as finance, taxation, and information systems. The Master of Accounting Science (MAS) program is a one-year program for students with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Illinois. The program is for students interested in careers in all facets of accountancy, including both public and non-public practice. The program provides an opportunity to obtain a more comprehensive foundation in accounting and, through electives, advanced knowledge in areas such as finance, taxation, information systems.
