Whether you choose to study in London or in Dubai, you start and finish your Executive MBA experience in London. Both streams come together for two residential modules in London: orientation and the finale at the end of the programme. These shared modules provide an ideal environment to build valuable networks with an extended group of diverse peers.
This residential week in London is dedicated to understanding the principles of general management and leadership. You evaluate how each programme element applies to your career and enhance your self-awareness as you develop your leadership skills and recognise your needs.
Leadership is central to the Executive MBA curriculum. Develop the skills and behaviours to be an effective global leader through a 360-degree assessment and multidisciplinary simulation pre-programme. Furthermore you also complete a NEO questionnaire to better understand your personality. You move through a process of continuous personal development that runs alongside your academic learning and enables you to establish your own unique leadership style. We measure your progress and impact post-programme through a reflective 360-degree assessment and leadership development review, equipping you with meaningful insights to move forward.

Our business skill sessions are designed with executives like you in mind and focus on helping you lead yourself with more skill and effectively engage and lead others. Workshops cover a range of disciplines including:
Provide a thorough grounding in all areas of business and management, delivering your core knowledge, leadership and management skills. Our core courses are taught in London on consecutive Fridays/Saturdays of alternate weeks and in Dubai in four or five-day monthly modules.
Select from more than 70 electives to specialise or broaden your sphere of knowledge.* You must pass six electives to complete your programme, each take 25 to 30 hours to complete. To help you fit your elective studies into your schedule, we offer a flexible timetable, giving you the option to study in intensive block weeks or across a term on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Apply your new skills on a week-long in Global Business Assignment (GBA) and learn to conduct business in a key economic destination (Dubai, China, Argentina, South Africa or the Russian Federation). Focus on one organisation, or opt for a more wide-ranging study of organisational challenges. You can even opt to take a second GBA, but it won't count as an elective, at an additional cost.
Your last course, called Capstone, marks the programme finale. Here you focus on your lifelong aspirations and get ready for your next career move on this final module which brings the London and Dubai streams together.
