The FMC is a seven-month online program designed by financial services compliance professionals and law and business school professors. The program introduces students to the increasingly complex compliance demands and requirements of the various regulators of the financial markets. Students examine the regulation of financial markets from a variety of perspectives, the fundamentals of how financial markets function, elements of an effective compliance program, managing and mitigating risk, conducting investigations, partnering with auditors and regulators, and how to establish adequate monitoring and testing systems.
