User Experience Design

User Experience Design refers to the application of certain user-centered design practices to produce cohesive, predictable, and desirable effects in a specific person. For most companies, understanding the complex web of relationships between people, technology and design - the 'user experience' - is vital in acquiring the competitive edge. A Master’s Degree in User Experience Design will provide students with the knowledge and skills to implement user experience research in the domain of computing and technology. Graduates from User Experience Design are prepared to design sites and software for specific target groups and end users. Common jobs include information architect, interaction designer, usability tester, visual designer, UX researcher or analyst and many more.
